After testing SRO with its realistic graphics, I started to feel claustrophobic. I don't know whether it had to do with the realism or the small environment packed with so many players. Its certainly something to check out, and it's been here for quite awhile.

SilkRoad is based on a Chinese trading route that actually happened in history a long long time ago. Players can choose from three different jobs: Merchant, Thief, or Hunter once they reach level 20. It has a great pvp system and lots of items, skills, players, and servers. It has a fantasy theme to it that will keep you dreaming during the day.

Just a few weeks ago, possibly a month and a half ago, this game was buzzing around the net and I didn't look into it as I should have. But could'ves, should'ves, would'ves are just excuses of my laziness; so for some reason today, I decided to check their website out and found how awe-inspiring this cartoony game is. Even though I have not yet played it due to the other numerous mmorpgs I'm currently playing and school; the website, screenshots, and videos shows a promising game where players roam around freely in the world of Ellion which has 4 continents; "West Mile", "East Mile", "Heaven Sphere", and "Hell Road" .

Enjoy the different classes of Adventurer, Swordsman, Archer, and Sorcerer with the addition of Specialist classes. Just take a look at it yourself!

Right after my summer class was over, I decided to test this 2D game out for two weeks. I was surprised at how popular it was for a game that came out in 2003. Although there are still things to be added, I reached to level 63 with the many other players. This game is definitely something worth trying out, and if you asked the other thousands of players currently playing it, they'd agree to. I can't wait till the advance classes come out.

Explore the world of Trickster in this game which combines cute and fun characters in a 2D environment. Enjoy the wide range of skills, quests, unique drilling and card system. In this fantasy-like world, you can create your own characters and pick between different classes like bunny, sheep, fox, cat, buffalo, dragon, lion, and racoon. Depending on whichever character you chose, you will set on a journy in Cavalla Island mastering the power, magic, sense, or charm type.

I've been keeping my eye on this game for a whole year now, and I know many others have been doing the same for a lot longer than I have. We have been waiting and waiting and waiting...like the energizer bunny (but with a twist); however, some of us have managed to break the language barriers and play the foreign versions before hand. Although I'm quite surprised this game still hasn't came out yet for English because K2 network tossed it out of their todo list, there were memorable and fun times playing the Japanese version. Overall, it's a game that my children will probably be playing if it ever comes out in the late future.

Interact with other players in this original 3D cartoon RPG. With up to 1000 quests, there is no telling what your character's future will be. Discover the awesome combo system where with a push of some buttons, you can do some nice combo attacks just like a fighting game. It has excellent animations and visual effects that are appealing to the eye. Start adventuring as a Beginner and later you can change to Warrior, Knight, Mage, Priest, Jester, or Craftsman.

Ah the good ol fly for fun...a game I've played so long ago, but still its awesome. I have never had so much fun with this game just flying around like a shooting star with nothing to worry about. I just wish the leveling was that fast. But just the sound of flyff, brings back so much bad memories that I'm trying to forget...like the time some guild leader sent his spies to infiltrate my guild, pretend to be my friend, and steal my guild riches to leave me slamming my keyboard like "the real gangster"...

A popular game known by many for its particular flying system where players can fly to different islands on a broom or board. You start off by being a Vagrant (first class) and later on you get to choose whether you want to be a Mercenary, Magician, Assist, or Acrobat. Depending on what class you choose, you can later on take on the 2nd classes such as Blade, Knight, Elementor, Psykeeper, Billposter, Ringmaster, Jester, or Ranger. With that many classes to choose from, you will have a hard time deciding. It is not like any other MMORPGs out there.

Can I start by saying this game is definitely different. You start off confused in this small world you have no clue about. You then take a few hours to get the hang of every little aspect of the game and then it hits you. After playing it for a few hours, you start to feel a high state with its playful music, and funny but cute and colorful graphics. It's better than crack.

An mmorpg which has colorful 2D graphics in a vast anime-styled world. Enjoy the political and economical structure within the game like no other, and you will have lots of fun with real-time trading, stocks, and real estate. Choose from two different characters; Warrior or Artisan and customize them to specialize in certain weapons such as sword, axe, cane, spear, gun, or bow. Vote for a representative and control the game's outcome.

People compare this game to maplestory, and some say it sucks more than it. But I think its neither better or worst. The thing is, I enjoy Game&Game games, if that confused you, like trickster, nostale, and the rest. They are definitely a company that I'm keeping my eye on for more mmorpgs.

Yet another 2D mmorpg for those who can't stand 3D graphics. This is an easy and fun game that is less difficult than other mmorpgs. But don't let the easiness fool you, it has an enjoyable storyline, where players are in seek of the Dragon Gems. Begin by choosing your character's hairstyle, face, and fashion. Give him or her a name and choose between Warrior, Archer, Wizard, or Thief professions.

I'm not sure about all this talk that its the "first 3D oriental fantasy MMORPG" because I've played so many before this. However, since it states so on the website, I'm thinking it's true. Kudos for this game because if it wasn't for this game there would only be the typical inspired mmorpgs.

This game is most known for being the first 3D oriental fantasy MMORPG which uses the lineage II game engine. Unlike other MMORPGs that are based on western or european influences, this game portrays the oriental culture through its costumes and storyline of the mythological war between Ha-Nin and Ban-Go. Select from three different jobs: Knight, Archer, and Magician with a unique ancient animal system which allows your character to undergo transformation.

This game's storyline reminds me of Suikoden, a game I loved along time ago for the Playstation. Although after playing it, it doesn't remind me anything of it. Instead, it kind of reminds me of Ragnarok Online, with character and sprites that are similar. I thought this game was a replica or modification of Ragnarok that someone built off the game engine. Just beware that while you're playing it, you're going keep thinking "Ragnarok", but it's still enjoyable.

Venture off in this 3D mmorpg that is based on a popular Chinese novel of 108 heroes. A novel which has also been depicted in other games such as Suikoden (PS). Unveil this Chinese story as you battle intimidating monsters and make new friends who are also there to help you on your quests. Choose from different classes such as Major, Monk, Peasant, Thief, Literatus, and Taoist Priest and collect books to learn new skills.

It's a story about maple. Or...not really, but there are thousands, possibly millions of players who spend hundreds of hours on this game and also the other popular game from NXGames, Audition around the globe. The gameplay rocks, but the graphics isn't good or bad. It is a classic game nonetheless.

This is the first 2D side-scrolling mmorpg available to the public. With over 50 million players in all versions across the globe. Fight monsters in real-time like a platform game, and go on various quests to fulfill your needs. Level up and learn new skills like any other typical rpg. Make friends, trade items, play minigames, and chat with other players. Select your class of Warrior, Magician, Bowman, or Thief. From there, you can level up and change to second, third, or fourth (not yet implemented) job advancements.
