Yes it's true! Just about one year after the Nexon America website was launched, the release of Mabinogi Closed beta has been announced on the official Nexon America site:

Everyone in each city is busy preparing for the upcoming Christmas and decorating their Christmas trees, however some loathsome monsters have stolen all the ornaments on the Christmas trees when the Angels were sleeping. People are in a panic, and it�fs time for the little angles to do something.

1. Silvery Date
During the activity, Angels level 10+ can get a special [Night Star] from the Christmas Angel. There are two kinds of stars, one for girls and boys respectively. You can exchange it with an Angel of the opposite sex, and then take it to the Christmas Angel for a Christmas Box. If you make it successfully, you can�ft do it again until 24 hours have passed. Hurry up!


2. Lost Sheen
A huge Christmas tree will appear in the open area of the Angel Lyceum, and an NPC called Christmas Angel near the Christmas tree will tell you about the event rules.
Angels will have chances to obtain Xmas Trinkets when they defeat monsters. You should pay more attention to those monsters whose levels range from 21 to 50, because they are probably the criminals. When you collect certain numbers of Xmas Trinkets you can find the Christmas Angel and exchange these Xmas Trinkets for special rewards.
Some monsters dropped trinkets in some remote places, so Angels of collection talent have chances to obtain Christmas balls when they exploit resources which require collection skills level 21 to 41. They can also exchange these Christmas balls at the Christmas Angel.

Players should try to defeat the boss as soon as possible, because he will summon some attendants every 30s when his HP is less than 2/3. 1 tank should go to attack the boss directly, and 1 player should use the Soul of Sabre skill, if you still can’t beat the 10 attendants, you’d better open the additional attributes on your equipment to fight against them. When you defeat all the attendants, you should focus your attack on the boss right away. You should also keep some Soul of Sabre skills in reserve to deal with any more attendants.

Amusement Park In the Amusement Park is a calm bamboo forest, a beautiful graceful lotus pond, a very unique pavilion and a majestic waterfall. This place can be reached via the Wine Immortal in Holy City or in Desert City, once the player has reached level 45+

Little Sky
It has been said that the Boulder Immortal sealed up the Seven Northern Immortals in the Little Sky. The way there is a twisting cloud path that winds through a silent bamboo forest and Starfalling Cliff.

Hexad RegionThe imposing Telepath Palace is the very centre of the Hexad Region. Around it are placed six pavilions, hence the name. The player may travel to Wu, Tai or Xun to chat with other players from the different factions via the Telepath Palace.

Wan Mountain
After Bilin and the Flame Master had left Wan Mountain, the place became desolate. This was further added to by the Flame Master, who after being driven mad by the evil scriptures he had studied, also brought destruction to the surrounding area.

Thunder Peak
On Thunder Peak the player may become startled and disorientated by the deafening thunder and shocking lightening. This place is not for the faint hearted; even the most powerful Immortals have been known to feel fear here!

Trueflame Furnace
At this place the player will soon discover that everything is connected to fire. Monsters will spit fire and the furnaces are full of boiling magma. There are also the Blaze Platform, the Heart-Burning Steps and the Fire Lord’s Palace.

Righteous Pagoda
The righteous Pagoda is a site in which, according to legends, has extremely vicious Demons sealed inside. Here the places are ominously named; the Blood Pool, the Blood Corridor it is also littered with countless rusty swords and is the hiding place for many Evil Ghosts. The player may only try their luck here if they reach level 70+ and there are 20+ sign up players.

Maze
This maze was specially designed to bamboozle and confuse. All players will first appear on the first floor of the Sinuous Maze, which is made up of nine floors. ★Activity II: Black Dragon Equipment on Auction

Nowadays, the Moonmaidens anxiously await the day when they can return to Zin Palace!

Players can be teleported to Zin Palace by the Ride Guardian in the main city when they are level 40+.

The Zin Twins are in Purple Crystal Palace, and Moonmaidens can buy spell books from Zin Moonlight. Players can find the Gear Master Mussel Fairy in Gold Reef, she sells level 5 and level 6 equipment to all players. Players with too many items can find the Warehouse Master Kid Fisher to deposit their unused items, and he also sells tradeskill materials and tradeskill scrolls. Players can buy potions from the Medicine Master Coral Fairy, and these potions can be used to restore HP and MP. If players want to make money they can go to find Fudi on Isolation Mountain or Futan outside Purple Crystal Palace, and they will offer players the Commercial Travel quest, if they perform well, they can earn a lot of money, if not, then they may lose a lot of money.

The Ride Guardian Tei to the south of Coral Sea can teleport players to Purple Crystal Palace, Desert City, Swirling Path, and the Hexad Region. The Ride Guardian Xun on Isolation Mountain will teleport players to Desert City. The Ride Guardian Tai outside Purple Crystal Palace will teleport players to Desert City, Swirling Path, Hexad Region, Coral Sea and Seaside Path. While the Ride Guardian Zhaochao will only teleport players out of Purple Crystal Palace.
